"Grief is not a disorder, a disease or a sign of weakness. It is an emotional, physical and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love. The only cure for grief is to grieve."

Earl Grollman.

Grieving can be difficult, especially if not done correctly. We all have different ways of handling grief, and sometimes may not understand the process. During this process, you may experience anger and sadness or even numbness. Grief has no respect of person.  The weakiest to the strongest are all affected by its ever changing stages. Although we are use to handling all of our problems ourselves, we sometimes have to call on the professionals. This doesn't imply that you are helpless, it simply mean you're hurting. Losing someone you love is a never ending nightmare that we live everyday of our lives. Even if you are always that go to person, it's ok to have someone you can go to in your time of pain. This in no way implies that a person is weak or helpless, instead it implies  wisdom and strength. It is also an implication of determination and perseverance.
